Biography J-ROCKS

J-Rocks are a band from Jakarta, which stands on 9 November 2003 by personnel of Faith (vocals, guitar), Sony (guitar), Wima (bass), and Anton (drums). The flow of this band is Japanese pop / rock. J-Rocks name had become a warm conversation among Japanese music lovers in Indonesia because this name seems to represent the genre of Japanese Rock. Initially the band was named J-Rockstar, is the idea of a sticker bearing the Rockstar, with the hope that one will be Rockstar (rock star). Additional letter "J" in front of it to represent the band itself by reason of J could mean the Japanese because they generally play J-Music, Jakarta because they come from Jakarta, Honesty in music in the sense of play that was really what they like and want to play music air-soul (soul). The name J-Rockstar eventually shortened to J-Rocks because of the mention of the issue, while the name of J-Rockstars eventually became the term for the fans / fans of J-Rocks and commonly abbreviated JRS. Since 2008 J-Rocks started wearing batik shirt with a modern design but still dressed up harajuku style, and promoting batik to young people.

Early Career

Early 2004, J-Rocks music festival won the 2004 Get Started Nescafe sponsored by Nescafe, Trans TV, and Aquarius Musikindo. Each personnel won best vocalist, best guitarist, best bassist and best drummer. They managed to win the festival and the opportunity to make a compilation album Get Started Nescafe which is the beginning of their cooperation with Aquarius Musikindo. They finally managed to launch his debut album entitled "Mask Companion" by label Aquarius in mid-2005 and fill out two songs on the album OST Dealova the "Serba Salah" and "Into The Silent".

The band is increasingly recognized since the advent of the second Spirit album, J-Rocks play a variety of beats and music flow like Rock'n Roll (Juwita Hati), Waltz / Victorian (Tersesal), Symphonic Metal (Aku Harus Bisa), blues, classical, and so forth.

In the song titled "Kau Curi Lagi" they collaborate female guitarist, Prisa Rianzi and the song "Juwita Hati" they made a video clip in Japan produced by Hedy Suryawan. Shalvynne Chang, Sato & Boppy role as his idol fans who pursue their way to Japan. No half-hearted, some regions in Japan including Shibuya & Harajuku Video Clip used as a shooting location. Legendary Recordings at Abbey Road Studio

J-Rocks Indonesia made history as the band's first recording at the legendary Abbey Road studios, in the UK. The process of recording and mixing new songs they performed for five days from November 12 until October 16, 2008. At Abbey Road studios they are handled by Chris Butler, a renowned sound engineer.

The process of recording three songs for the J-Rocks only takes two days. On day three, Christ did the final mixing process for the songs. While waiting, J-Rocks made a video clip for the song Falling in Love and photographed at the legendary Abbey Road zebra crossing with wearing batik they had prepared from Jakarta. The result is J-Rocks release 3rd album, a mini album titled "Road to Abbey," with pictorial cover J-Rocks zebra cross crossing Abbey Road style of The Beatles. Contains 4 songs and one instrumental.
